The MHS Team...

When Paul came to work at MHS in 2007 he brought with him 20 years of managerial experience gained from working at Siemens and Texas Instruments. This experience in addition to his strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and positive attitude have allowed him to quickly become a very valuable member of the MHS team. As Operations Manager, Paul’s main responsibility is to ensure efficiency and consistency when scheduling and allocating Mountain Heritage’s constantly growing staff and resources. As a customer, it will not take you long to become acquainted with Paul. Whether it’s a new project or service issue, large or small, you can trust that he is working to provide timely solutions at the highest level of service possible.

In his free time, Paul enjoys taking an active role in community youth sports coaching both basketball and softball. If not coach, he’s likely participating in some kind of sport or outdoor activity himself. A golfer, Paul is almost always the anchor of the MHS team when participating in local business events and fundraising tournaments.

Paul is married with two children.

Roy joined Mountain Heritage Systems with an extensive background in analysis from the banking and information technology industries.

After 20 years making the mountains a weekend getaway from Atlanta, he has relocated to the area. A loyal Florida Gator, he enjoys the fall and vacations with his son and daughter.

Todd began working for MHS in 2006 as a technician. Shortly afterwards, he was moved into the service department where he worked for a few years and gained experience over the entire line of products, systems, and services we sell and install. This broad knowledge base made Todd a perfect fit when looking for a new warehouse manager. In addition to inventory and warehouse duties, he is also responsible for maintaining current vendor relationships as well as making new ones.

Instead of the usual technical background, Todd comes to MHS with a background in art as a photographer. However, his enthusiasm for home theater goes back for many years. Music, movies, and gaming are some Todd’s favorite actives. Also, during his free time, he enjoys remote controlled planes, helicopters, and cars.

Todd married his wife Crystal in 2000. They live with their dog Missy, a Papillon.

Sara came to work at MHS in 2013. As a MHS customer you’ll quickly become acquainted with Sara as she’s normally the first person you’ll meet or speak to when calling or visiting the office. Whether customer or contractor, in most circumstances she can quickly answer questions or make changes to accounts and alarm system.

After graduating from Avery Country High School, Sara continued her education at Caldwell Community College. Before coming to MHS she worked at another company in a similar capacity and gained valuable experience as an Office Administrator.

Sara is happily married to her husband John. The couple is expecting their first child.

Megan is the newest addition to the MHS team. With experience and education in accounting she began working in 2012. As a customer or vendor, if you ever have billing or account questions she will be waiting to help.

Originally from Mississippi, she attended high school and college in NC and has been a resident ever since.

Megan and her husband Travis are the proud parents of a little boy, Axyl.
